ClearCast is a free, fast, and clutter-free weather service that gives you accurate forecasts for any city, town, or village on the planet. Type a location into the search box above, or tap Use My Location, and you'll instantly see current conditions, an hour-by-hour breakdown for the next 24 hours, and a full 14-day outlook — all on one clean page with no pop-ups, no sign-up, and no account required.

Whether you're planning a trip, deciding what to wear, scheduling outdoor work, or simply checking whether to carry an umbrella, ClearCast gives you the full picture in seconds.

Every ClearCast forecast includes the measurements that actually affect your day. Here's what each one means and why it matters:
ClearCast forecasts are powered by Open-Meteo, an open weather API that combines data from leading national meteorological services — including NOAA in the United States, ECMWF in Europe, DWD in Germany, and Météo-France. Pulling from world-class numerical weather models means our forecasts are both highly accurate and globally consistent, whether you're checking the weather in New York, London, or a remote village. Location search is handled by the Open-Meteo Geocoding API and OpenStreetMap, covering millions of named places worldwide.

Short-range forecasts (the next day or two) are typically very accurate, while longer-range forecasts become less precise the further out they go. Our 14-day outlook is best used to spot trends — a warming stretch or an unsettled spell — rather than exact day-by-day detail. We explain this in our guide on how accurate 14-day forecasts are.
No. Location access is entirely optional and only used if you tap "Use My Location." You can always search for any city manually instead, and ClearCast does not track or store your location.
Forecast data refreshes throughout the day as new model runs become available, so each time you load a location you're seeing the latest available conditions and outlook.
Absolutely. While our Popular City Forecasts highlight major US cities, the search box works for any city, town, or village worldwide. Just start typing and select your location from the suggestions.
